Our company is located in the city of Chaska, Minnesota. We are a manufacturer of high-quality medical products that are sold throughout the world. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who is responsible for maintaining, updating, and archiving master and support documents. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized.
- Provides administrative support to the Export Team.
- Creates and retrieves spreadsheets and reports as needed.
- Provides support for Export partners, serving as liaison to business efforts in Europe, and Middle East.
- Coordinates with MedSource International departments (i.e. Inventory, Production, Marketing, Purchasing, etc.) to resolve inquiries.
- Provides quality service and interactive communication to build and maintain trust in customer relationships.
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in office administration and prior customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail oriented and highly organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively, exercise good judgment, work well independently as well as in a team, and manage time efficiently.
- Proactive self-starter with ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the medical device industry preferred.
