Primary Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement

• Respond to incoming new and existing customer inquiries regarding issues related to
MedSource products.

• Solicit and track customer feedback, identifying opportunities.
• Track and follow up with all customers, as appropriate.

Territory Management

• Develop and maintain LG80 Territory, managing account of established relationships and develop growth opportunities in territory.

• Work with manager in develop and achieving monthly sales goals

Communication

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve matters in a prompt and effective manner.
• Demonstrated experience of working in a team environment while managing individual goal and objectives.

• Occasional Travel- >10%
• Reports to Sales Manager

Qualifications :

• 2-4+ years of experience in commission sales
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Proficient use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, Microsoft Office & Excel and other office software applications
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Ability to establish rapport and closing sales
• 4 year bachelor degree preferred
