Description
The new ClearSafe Comfort® Blood Control Safety IV Catheter was designed with the safety of the patient and caregiver in mind. The self-sheathing feature encases the needle as the catheter is advanced and the blood control active check valve reduces exposure to blood borne pathogens. A triple facet bevel needle provides ease of insertion and reduced trauma to the puncture site, while the large-volume chamber allows clear visual confirmation.
